This notice explains how Tiesto Ventures Inc. handles information submitted through this rental website. Updated October 2, 2026.
Information collected
The waitlist collects your name, an email address or phone number, TLC license status, preferred start date, timing flexibility and agreement to be contacted about the inquiry. It does not request license numbers, identity documents, payment details or a full home address.
How it is used
We use these details to assess rental inquiries, contact you about suitable openings, correct your request and manage the waitlist. The form records when you agreed to the inquiry notice. Joining does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
Where an inquiry goes
Your inquiry is saved in a private WordPress waitlist accessible to authorized website administrators. A notification is sent to Tiesto’s rental team through Brevo, our transactional email provider. The website is hosted on DigitalOcean. These services process information needed to operate the site and deliver messages. Team members may receive inquiries in their designated business-working inbox.
Security and technical data
The site uses HTTPS. Web-server logs can contain IP addresses, request paths and browser information. The waitlist uses short-lived form tokens, a hidden spam field and request limits. Rate-limit identifiers are stored as keyed hashes rather than plain IP addresses in the waitlist system.
Cookies and tracking
The public waitlist does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. WordPress uses login cookies for administrators. Visiting an external link, such as Google Maps, is subject to that service’s privacy practices.
Keeping and removing inquiries
Inquiries are kept while the team considers or follows up on the rental request. You can ask Tiesto to correct or remove an inquiry. Backup copies may remain for the normal backup retention period after an inquiry is removed from the active website.
Questions, corrections or removal requests
Email info@tiestorental.com and include your inquiry reference if you have one. We may ask for enough information to verify that the request concerns your inquiry. Please do not send identity documents unless the team specifically explains why they are needed.
